Mobile Sauna - FAQ

Please visit our home page to see available dates for a booking, after that leave a request indicating when you would like to have a sauna experience and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your booking.

All available dates are marked with the green color, if you see that some of the days are red that means that this date is not available to book, time or date slot may have been already reserved or we may be closed.

We are located in Bournemouth, but we are delivering our mobile sauna in all areas of Dorset, so you can book our Mobile Sauna in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ringwood, New Forest and other nearest places around Bournemouth.

All you need to have for our Mobile Sauna experience is a driveaway or space where we can deliver Mobile Sauna, so you can enjoy your private Wellness Retreat with your family, loved ones or friends.

Our Mobile sauna is capable to fit 8 people at once, but for a better experience we do recomend visit sauna by 4 or 2 people, so you can lay down on the bench and enjoy relaxing heat. Also, we provide a birch broom for our clients for a better sauna experience.

Yes, our Mobile Sauna has all required by United Kingdom law safety certificates, so it's absolutely safe to use our sauna anywhere.

Upon delivery we provide a short briefing on how to safely use our sauna, so you will know exactly how to heat up our sauna, where to find an extinguisher and how to use it.

If you are pregnant or have any health problems, please reach out to your doctor before booking our sauna experience.

Our goal is to help people relax and receive all healthy benefits of using the mobile sauna, but not to harm your health in any way.

We always try to make the best availability for our clients, sometimes, due to the due high volume of orders, we cannot provide several saunas in one day. Therefore, we ask for a deposit payment so that you can reserve your sauna with a 100% guarantee.

If after sauna experience something was damaged or broken it needs to be fixed. In such a cases the deposit becoming non-refundable.

After a mobile sauna experience we will check the sauna and if everything is good (no damage and nothing is broken) we'll proceed a refund in 24 hours. Usually money appears back in your account at the same day after we proceeded a refund, but sometimes it can take up to 5 working days.

We kindly ask to inform us about cancelation as soon as possible. To be eligible for a refund you must inform us about cancelation 7 days before your booking.

If your cancelation notice is shorter than 7 days, then we can reschedule sauna experience. Please check our availability calendar before making any changes.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund if you didn't like the experience.

After your experience our specialist will check up on the sauna and if everything is good (no damage and nothing is broken) we'll proceed with a refund ONLY FOR A BOOKING DEPOSIT (£100).

We kindly ask to understand that there are fees that we need to cover after each session of mobile sauna such as: Delivery fees, cleaning and disinfection fees by COVID-19 guidelines, and items refill.
